I've been renting the 2br unit since the end of March. With the help of Shannen, I was able to accomplish residence with ease and with that sense of trust for calling this place home. The staff is personable, from the office clerks to the maintenance operation. The residents get the opportunity to challenge automation at its best, by accessing a portal to communicate with the team members or request work orders to experience the many talents of the maintenance staff. This review is way overdue but I felt the need to recognize a maintenance employee for setting an outstanding example of what the 'ol saying, "the customer is always right" meant! I've requested a few work orders in my short time here but was never around during the maintenance visits . Today, I had the good fortune of meeting Ed (I'm sorry if I got his name wrong). He greeted me, introduced himself, reviewed my work order requests, tolerated my Q and A's, reviewed the completed work, saluted with "have a nice day, sir and exited with me in the position of "wow, are all the maintenance staff that proffessional"??? The premises may not have the appearance but the staff and Units is what makes it a Home. Great Job, everyone!!!
